The Registered Nurse delivers quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adult patients typically (18 and up) with psychiatric or emotional disorders, addictive disease disorders or related substance or chemical dependency problems, or those duly diagnosed with psychiatric and chemical dependency disorders, to adolescents (typically age 12 to 17) and children (ages 4 to 11) with psychiatric or emotional disorders and to geriatric patients (typically age 65 and up) with psychiatric or emotional disorders; Serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organizations and adult, adolescent and child program philosophy of care; to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.The Registered Nurse Completes nursing assessment thoroughly and in a timely manner within facility guidelines. Assessment includes all required screenings and components.
