Description

The Center for Clinical Neurosciences at Tulane University in New Orleans is seeking a board-certified/ board eligible, academic Epileptologist to join its faculty as the Neuroscience program continues to expand. The candidate will join the Center's existing group of neurosurgeons and neurologists at Tulane Health System.
The faculty member will participate in the clinical, educational and research activities, including clinic, inpatient service and involvement with resident and medical student education. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in adult neurology, and must be fellowship trained in epilepsy.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Candidates should have satisfactorily completed a Fellowship training in Epilepsy as well as a Residency program in Neurology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and be board-certified, or eligible if recently trained, and eligible for licensure in Louisiana, with the training to qualify for an academic appointment.
